Itsukiya Honpo "Yamauni Tofu" ¿Japanese traditional tof foie gras flavor¿

We Itsukiya Honpo company ¿Kumamoto, Japan, Etsuji Hashimoto CEO) will participate in SIAL PARIS 2018.
For us, this is the first time we participate in a big exhibition.
We hope to find good business partner in Europe.
In SIAL exhibition, we will introduce our masterpiece product "Yamauni Tofu".
Yamauni Tofu is based on our local¿traditional "fermented tofu preserved in miso" that has 800years history.
We make use of innovations to come up with the best tofu.
As you know, Tofu is a very healthy food that is made from soy bean.
Our Yamauni tofu, it made from the highest quality soy bean of Kyusyu Japan, also contains rich protein but its taste is very smooth and rich.
Yamauni Tofu became very famous in Japan as a unique and healthy food.
As a matter of fact, it was served by Japan Airlines as a dish in its first-class seats.
When we had a test marketing in Paris back in 2015, many of customers appreciated our products.
Some described its taste as " Foie gras" and others said it tastes like " Cheese".
Of course, some of gourmet know Japanese Tofu and Miso but their stereotyped image might be overturned.
We would like to ask you to visit our booth and report its amazing taste.
