TRIBUTE TO LOCAL THAI INGREDIENT ON THE BLUE SPICE / BLUE ELEPHANT BOOTH @ SIAL 2018 !

At this year's SIAL 2018, Blue Spice is paying tribute to the amazing raw materials grown in Thailand. Continuously since 1980, Blue Elephant as Thai Culinary Ambassador has been promoting these 100% local supplies, to highlight the fact one cannot make good Thai food without good Thai ingredients.
"The Kingdom offers such a rich diversity of terrains and climates that enables many different kinds of cultivations; and the characteristics of the soil in each province would be more appropriate for a certain type of herb or vegetable," said Chef Nooror. "Playing with such a wonderful diversity not unlike the wine maker who would select his grapes for the new `cuvee', we select the finest of what Thailand has to offer in my recipes."
Following this `local' and `natural' philosophy, Blue Spice is launching this year its new formula of curry pastes: ALL NATURAL, handmade, suitable for vegan, free from preservatives, colorings, MSG and other obscure ingredients.

Asked the secret behind the huge popularity of her recipes, Chef Nooror's simple answer is : "I take the best Thai ingredients and grind them together, that's it!"
