AZCOA Olive Oil is produced in Trás-os-Montes (TOM) Portugal, in a Mediterranean-type climate, characterized by a sharp temperature variation, cold winters, hot summers, low rainfall throughout the year and high topography. The Olive Oil Azcoa has Protected Designation of Origin (in Portuguese D.O.P.) and is the result of entirely organic methodologies and techniques.
